Travel Information

T.F. Green Airport (PVD)
Taxi: Approximately $30 each way. It takes about 10-12 minutes to get to the hotel.
Shuttle: $11.77 one way or $23.54 round trip. The shuttle leaves from the airport every hour on the hour. It takes about 15-17 minutes to get to the hotel. More information and schedule >>

Sheryl A. Blair Scholarships

The Sheryl A. Blair Scholarship provides up to ten stipends of $1,000 to newcomers and established members in the donor relations/stewardship field to cover ADRP International Conference expenses.

The 10th Annual International Conference will be held at Omni Providence Hotel in downtown Providence, Rhode Island.

Please note: The Omni Providence Hotel, Providence Biltmore Hotel, and Courtyard Providence Downtown by Marriott are sold out of rooms during several of the conference dates.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ADRP. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received by September 6, 2013. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after September 6, 2013. Substitute attendees will be permitted. No refunds can be made by ADRP for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.


Sponsorship Opportunities Available

The 10th Annual ADRP International Conference will offer the opportunity to sponsor activities including the networking reception, keynote speakers, a new mobile event application and more. A limited number of exhibitor display opportunities are also available. Sponsors are encouraged to attend all sessions, meals and social activities and those hosting an activity will be personally introduced and thanked at the activity. Sponsors will be recognized in print, online and on the new mobile event app during and after the annual conference. Our array of sponsorship opportunities are appropriate to both vendors in attendance and those who wish to be represented without sending staff. Full participation in 2013 International Conference is applicable for 13.75 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
