15th Annual International Conference Registration FAQ
Before you proceed, please read the following information pertaining to conference registration

Do I have to be an ADRP member to register/attend?

No, you don't have to be a member; however, ADRP members receive a discounted registration rate which more than covers the cost of membership. Plus, you get a full year of ADRP membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join now or renew your membership before registering for the conference.

Can I register multiple attendees at one time?

No. While you may register multiple attendees, please make sure to log out and log back in with each individual's unique credentials after each registration, otherwise, you will overwrite the prior registration. Each attendee must be registered using a unique email address.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check. Checks can be mailed to the ADRP Office after submitting your registration form.

Registrants must pay in advance of attending the conference. Please contact the ADRP office at [email protected] if you encounter a problem with your payment.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ADRP. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received by September 14, 2018. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after September 14, 2018. Substitute attendees will be permitted. No refunds can be made by ADRP for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.

What is a session host?

Each break-out session needs a host to arrive before the session begins to greet presenters, help with any last-minute needs, and formally introduce presenters to their audience(s). You may sign up as a session host in the volunteer section of the registration form.

What is a dine-around host?

Each dine-around dinner needs a host to act as a point-person on the evening of the dinner, ensuring that participants gather to travel to and from the restaurant. These official hosts ensure adequate seating according to the reservation and help guide dinner conversation as needed. Hosts are not responsible for providing payment as each attendee will cover their own meal cost. Restaurant reservations and travel arrangements, whether by taxi or on foot, are made in advance and are not the responsibility of the dine-around host. You may sign up as a dine-around host in the volunteer section of the registration form.

Whom can I contact if I have further online registration questions?

Please contact the ADRP office at [email protected], or call 1-800-341-0014 if you have additional questions.
