Reb ekah Nowak, Senior Associate Director, Donor Relations, Northweste rn University
Rebekah Nowak is the senior associate director of donor relations at Northwestern University. She has been in this role for four y ears and has previously worked on the Reunions Team as well as for the McCo rmick School for Engineering and Applied Science. In her role, she works wi th the top donors to the University to steward past future gifts given duri ng the campaign. Previous development experience comes from her time at the Newberry Library and Chicago Botanic Garden. Rebekah received her undergra duate degree from St. Olaf College and a master’s degree in public se rvice management from DePaul University.
Brock Silvey, Northwestern University, Apra Board of Directors
As Director of Pr ospect Research and Management at Northwestern University, Brock has respon sibility for strategically shaping all aspects of Northwestern’s pros pect development function and partnering with the senior leadership of Nort hwestern’s department of Alumni Relations and Development in implemen ting policies and processes that advance the university’s fundraising mission. He has spoken on research and prospect management-related topics at Apra International, Apra Illinois chapter, and CASE events. He is a curr ent member of the Apra Board of Directors. His writing has appeared in Apra Connections and the Journal of Education Advancement and Marketing.
