Jessica Veitch
Manager, Donor Recognition
Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation

Jessica Veitch is the Manager, Donor Recognition at Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation in Toronto. Coming from a diverse professional background—including Retail and Customer Service Management, Document and Workflow Management, Policy and Procedure Development—Jessica has spent the last several years translating and growing her skills and knowledge straight into a career in Donor Relations.

Since 2007, she has worked in both community organizations and healthcare, always with a donor relations portfolio. Jessica’s roles have included policy and standards development; implementing and executing donor relations and stewardship practices, including acknowledgement, accountability, and celebration; and specializing in donor recognition and capital projects.

Currently overseeing the system-wide redevelopment of all recognition systems and standards in a complex, multi-site healthcare organization, relationship building and creative problem-solving allow Jessica to often exceed donor expectations while maintaining the integrity and mission of the organization.

Jessica studied photography and jazz performance, and is currently enrolled in the Design Management certificate program at Ryerson University. She has been a member of ADRP since 2008, as well as participated in conferences, publications, and best practice development for the organization.
