Join Rebecca for a 45 minute all levels yoga class to rejuvenate and restore the mind and body. Beginners welcome! The class sequence will be designed to release muscle tension through gentley stretching and to strengthen core stabilizing muscles to promote improved posture.

Rebecca began practicing yoga to build strength, improve posture and to combat chronic pain. She quickly learned that yoga trains both the mind and the body and that there is true healing power in taking time to breathe. Rebecca is Yoga Alliance Certified and completed her 200 hour teacher training with David Vendetti, Todd Skoglund, and Kate Graham at South Boston Yoga with a concentration in yoga therapy. Rebecca’s classes focus on smart sequencing, safe alignment, and nurturing the mind-body connection.
