Fiona Royer is Assistant Director of Stewardship at Lincoln Park, with a decade of experience in development and donor relations. Originally, from the United Kingdom and now a citizen of the United States, she has both a business and a design background.

Fiona enjoys putting her past experience to good use initiating creative ideas for donor and board engagement that deliver appreciable returns. Placing a strong emphasis upon collaborating with her peers, she has accepted speaking opportunities that allow her to share her knowledge, and always seeks out opportunities to learn from others.

A proud member of ADRP, Fiona began volunteering in 2013, including taking an active role in planning the Midwest Regional Forum since 2016. She joined the Board of Directors in 2019.
