Guidelines for use of attendee lists:

Sponsors and Exhibitors may use the attendee list provided by the organizers of the 2018 ADRP NYC Regional conference to email the attendees twice regarding their products and services.
Once such contact may be made within the two weeks prior to the conference, and the other within the four weeks after the conference. The list will be emailed to the Vendor Contact indicated on the registration form three weeks prior to the conference, and an updated list will be emailed to that person within 3 business days after the conference.

There is a 20% cancellation fee until February 21, 2018. Sponsor fees are forfeited if canceled after that date.
