Remember to Bring

  • Business cards – For networking and prize drawings
  • Water bottle – Skip the plastic and bring your own bottle! We will have water dispensers in the forum space available throughout the day.
  • Collateral swap!  Please bring your annual report or a stewardship report to share with other organizations. Consider bringing a few if you are able!

Northwestern University is located just north of Chicago and is accessible by public transit:

Driving yourself? There is two hour street parking on Chicago Avenue, a parking garage located at 1715 Chicago Avenue, and even more parking options available.

Building Access

You can enter Scott Hall off of Chicago Avenue and Sheridan Road (across from the Northwestern Arch). There will be ADRP Committee members on Chicago Avenue and in front of Scott Hall to guide your way. Guild Lounge is at the top of a short set of stairs.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM in Guild Lounge located in Scott Hall. At the ADRP welcome table, you will receive a welcome bag and your name tag. There will be a box where you can drop your reports for our collateral swap.

Miscellaneous Items

  • A hearty breakfast with healthy options and beverages will be served. Grab a bite and visit sponsors who are supporting the forums and have awesome donor relations information to share
  • Lunch also will be served. Grab your meal and return to the main conference room to join one of our themed tables, catch up on work, or network!
  • WiFi is available: Select “Guest-Northwestern” and then enter your email address and accept the terms when logging in. No password is needed
  • A lactation room is available if needed. Ask Rebekah Nowak how to access the room

Networking Reception

We encourage you to join us after the forum for a networking reception at Prairie Moon (1635 Chicago Avenue, Evanston), a six-minute walk (1/3 of a mile) from Guild Lounge. Guides will be present to lead attendees to the Reception. This is a cash bar event.

We cannot wait to spend the day with you and other nonprofit professionals to network, share, and learn about new ways to steward, engage, and retain our donors.
