For guests needing hotel accommodations, both Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites in the Medical District will be holding a block of rooms for this event. A complimentary shuttle is provided from the below hotels to the Medical Center and back to accommodate guests on May 15. Parking will also be available at the Medical Center.

Thursday Reception
On the evening of May 14th, we have room for up to 75 people for a group dinner at Joe T. Garcia’s starting at 6:30 pm. You don’t want to miss this iconic Fort Worth restaurant established in 1935! Joe T’s is known for its mouthwatering Mexican food, margaritas and beautiful patio atmosphere. We will provide bus transportation from Hilton Garden Inn or Hilton Homewood Suites to Joe T. Garcia’s and back to the hotel that evening. Dinner is $25.00 a person and includes a combo Enchilada Fajita dinner, beer or margaritas, and tea or water. We hope you can join us!
