I am excited to share the date of this year’s virtual ADRP Annual
Membership Meeting. Please plan to join members of the ADRP Board and the m
embership on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 10:00 - 11:00 AM (PT)/ 1:00
- 2:00 PM (ET) for an update on the health of the association and
successes from the past year, as well as a glimpse into plans for the upco
ming 12 months.
The Annual Meeting provides you, the membershi p, with an understanding and accounting of how the Board invests in the adv ancement of the profession and member resources. As you may recall, we anno unced the launch of our current strategic plan during last year’s meeting a nd I hope the update shared with you on August 12 will illustrate great pro gress and rewards from all of the hard work key volunteers and the SBI staf f have devoted to you – our members.

Keri Kallaway has 21 years of nonprofit experience and curre ntly serves as Senior Director, Donor Relations and Gift Services at Childr en's Hospital Colorado Foundation. She began her tenure at the Foundation i n 2007 and was responsible for the inception of their Donor Relations progr am. Some of her accomplishments include planning and implementing key areas of the program such as an internal and external endowment reporting proces ses, establishing lifetime giving societies and refining and centralizing s tewardship processes such as the organization's acknowledgment process and donor cultivation/stewardship events.
Aside from her time at Ch ildren's Colorado, Keri's most recent experience includes her roles as CEO, Susan G. Komen Colorado and Executive Director, Amp the Cause, where she o versaw all program areas for both organizations.
Additio nally, Keri has worked in fundraising and development at The Winston-Salem Foundation in North Carolina, Georgetown University, and The University of Connecticut Foundation, Inc. Her experience covers many aspects of a develo pment office including communications, individual and corporate fundraising , planned giving and board development. Keri has been a member of the Assoc iation of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP) since 2007, and was elected to the ADRP Board of Directors in 2014 and currently serves as President. span>

Angela Altamore has been a passionate donor advoca te for over ten years. As the senior director of stewardship and donor enga gement on behalf of the KSU Foundation, Angela manages the team responsible for honoring donor intent and ensuring donors understand firsthand the imp act their gifts have on Kansas State University.
Prior to finding her home in donor relations, Angela gained more than five years of development and management experience in roles ranging from gift entry and prospect re search to grant writing and gift officer work. This broad background enable s her to more fully understand multiple components of a development shop an d use that knowledge to create unique donor interactions and events.
Angela is a proud member and active volunteer for the Association of Donor Relations Professionals and CASE and can be seen supporting the Wildcats in her vintage polka dot threads.
