About the Presenters
Meaghan Haskell-Gambina joined Northwell Health in 2016 a s a Development Assistant and has worked in several roles on the Developmen t Communications and Donor Engagement Team. She currently serves as a Digit al Marketing Specialist and oversees the Northwell Health Foundation’s soci al, video and multimedia strategy. She has developed stewardship email mark eting campaigns to raise funds for service line programs and initiatives, a nd supports event communications, design and development writing. Most rece ntly, Meg managed the email, video and social strategy for Northwell Health ’s comprehensive fundraising campaign, Outpacing the Impossible, which surp assed the $1 billion fundraising goal in 2022. Meg graduated from Io na University with her B.A. in Mass Communication in 2015, and she is also a 2015 graduate of the Disney College Program. Meg enjoys volunteerin g at her local animal shelter, running, traveling, and spending time with h er family and friends, especially her German Shepherd, Magnolia. She also l ooks forward to welcoming her first child with her husband James this March . | |

Jennifer joined the AdventHealth Foundation West Florida team in 2020. Jen nifer has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, including develo ping comprehensive annual giving and grateful patient programs, donor acqui sition and pipeline strategies, and donor stewardship programs to engage do nors and friends. Jennifer has worked with a variety of non-profit, h igher education and health care organizations including Florida Atlantic Un iversity, Augusta University and Health System, UF Health and the National Kidney Foundation. In addition, Jennifer spent four years with Ruffalo Noel Levitz as a consultant with higher education and health care institutions around the country. Jennifer is passionate about the exceptional care provi ded by AdventHealth and the impact that it has on our communities. Je nnifer received her B.S. in Political Science, International Relations from West Chester University and her M.A. in Organizational Management and Deve lopment from University of Phoenix. Jennifer enjoys traveling, live m usic, reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends. | <
