Change management is about transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations by redirecting resources, business processes, and operating models. In this workshop, participants will learn two models of change management – Linkage’s “Six Stages of Successful Change,” which is an approach to assessing readiness for change as well as a roadmap for managing change, and William Bridges’ “Transition Model,” which focuses on leading people impacted by change through three phases of transition. Participants will apply these models to a change management challenge they are currently facing and will leave the workshop with a change management plan they can take back to the office. hange management is about transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations by redirecting resources, business processes, and operating models.
