This facilitated discussion will explore career development for those interested in taking their careers beyond donor relations. What skills do you bring to the table as a skilled DR professional? How do you develop and hone them? How do you have influence with the larger development/ advancement arena? How do you use that to advance your career? How do you overcome being pigeon-holed in too small a job for your capabilities?
