ADRP International Stewardship Awards

The ADRP International Stewardship Awards recognize excellence and outstanding accomplishments in donor relations. Since 2017, this program has drawn entries from all facets of the donor relations landscape. We want to recognize your accomplishments and best practices, and honor you as a practitioner in the categories below. Winners will be showcased at the ISA awards in September, on the ADRP website, in the HUB with past winner profiles, and at various ADRP events.

A nominal fee of $25.00 will be charged for each entry and donor relations colleagues and industry experts will judge each category.

The ADRP ISAs accept nominations of excellence in four key categories:

  • Events: Has your organization pulled off an innovative event that engaged your donors in a new way?  We want to hear all about it!  Please provide an overall description of the event, including the information in the submission form. Please attach supporting documentation including photos, invitations, and other event-related materials.

  • Impact Reporting:  Has your organization found new ways to express impact to donors through reporting? We want to hear all about it!  Please provide an overall description of the report, including the following information. Please attach supporting documentation including letters, photos and other report related materials.

  • Digital Communications: Have you leveraged an electronic platform whether it be a podcast, social media, a website, a newsletter or video to share data and personalize a message of gratitude? Enter your submission of digital stewardship highlighting the impact a donor has made on your organization.

  • New! Innovation: During these unprecedented times we have all had to go back to the drawing board to come up with new and truly innovative ways to reach our supporters and volunteers. Did you do something above and beyond that really resonated with your audience? Helped change the way we do business and connect with others? The format for this award could be truly anything – we are excited to hear how you continued to make a huge difference in your market/field/industry during a global pandemic.

2020 Addition! People's Choice Award: As a special addition, this year there will be a People's Choice Award. Voters will have an opportunity to choose their personal favorite from the category highlights in September. Don't miss your chance to be recognized by your donor relations colleagues!
