About the Webinar

Most donor relations professionals know the importance of having a stewardship matrix: a complex spreadsheet that outlines stewardship touchpoints donors receive at various gift bands. The problem is, that a giant spreadsheet is difficult to maintain and gift officers don't often have proper visibility to the details. This seminar will demonstrate how St. Thomas partnered with their systems team to make stewardship plans come alive through automated reporting. Now, our fundraisers can easily run comprehensive stewardship reports for any donor in their portfolio. The reports contain stewardship that is scheduled from the Donor Relations team as well as stewardship that is planned/delivered from the gift officer or partnering units. You'll hear how we are leveraging these reports with gift officers, what types of information the reports include and "best of all" the programming involved in making it happen. We'll be co-presenting with our systems wizards, so feel free to invite your tech team to hear the discussion.

3. How to report comprehensively on ALL stewardship touches at an individual donor level (core-program/custom and planned/completed) without having to update multiple static plans

Carol Wilkie, Director of Donor Relations, University of St. Thomas
	Carol Wilkie is director of donor relations for the University of St. Thomas. She has been at the University for 20 years and has operationalized and elevated the Donor Relations department during her tenure.

Sue Kolles, Associate Director of Development Systems, University of St. Thomas
	Sue Kolles has worked in Advancement Systems for 9 years. She served as the implementation manager when St. Thomas adopted the SalesForce platform in Advancement and since then she has created countless reports and processes to professionalize and elevate the performance of our advancement team.
