3rd Annual Midwest Regional Fourm

Breaking news from Chicago! The 3rd annual Midwest Regional Forum is officially sold out! We are thrilled, honored, and inspired to see how interest in this event has grown since we first tested the waters in 2015 with a breakfast and panel discussion. We’re counting the days until May 10th, when we’ll all come together to network and learn from each other.

While registration is closed, we are maintaining a waiting list and intend to keep the conversations about strategies for stewarding, recognizing, engaging, and retaining donors going after the conference. Be on the lookout for a Hub article, social media posts, and an email containing takeaways from the conference. We will be actively looking for a larger venue for 2018 and welcome any ideas or suggestions.

Donor Relations is one of the most rewarding professions in the world, but it’s also complex, fast-paced, and ever-changing. Shannon Doolittle, Born Do-Gooder, High-Fiving Fundraising Coash & Girl on a Mission to Spread Donor Happiness, and Beth Ann Locke, Director of Advancement, Simon Fraser University, know first-hand that donor relations work can be exhausting. Together, they will share an inspiring keynote pep-talk, which will set the scene for an interactive day of learning, idea sharing, and celebrating the field of donor relations.

About 100 donor relations professionals from all over the Midwest will be in attendance discussing topics ranging from digital and donor-centered stewardship, top donor stewardship, new visions for giving societies, trends and best practices in impact reporting, to campaign recognition.
