Design thinking is a methodology used to solve problems systematically and collaboratively. Design thinking draws upon logic, imagination, and intuition. It is a human-centric process that urges careful attention to the needs of the stakeholders and the practice of empathy. It incorporates prototyping, testing, and working in iterations, until a proven and sustainable solution is achieved.
This hands-on master class includes an overview of the design thinking process while you work on collaborative problem solving with other participants. This class will leave you not only equipped with the key design thinking concepts but with techniques that you can apply right away to address a variety of donor relations challenges ranging from improving the donor’s experience, to increasing donor engagement, optimizing the use of your resources, and more
