A sponsorship of The Hub includes a 4:1 banner ad, a 1:1 sidebar ad, or a combination of the two (if three or more issue sponsorships are purchased), linked to your preferred URL. Sponsor options include one, three, and 12 issues of the newsletter.
Webinar Sponsorship (Monthly) - One (1) $1,000; Three (3) $2,500; Full year (12) $8,000 Each month, ADRP community members and beyond are invited to attend insightful webinars and earn continuing education credits toward their donor relations and stewardship professions. These webinars vary in topic month-to-month, and often sell out! Webinar sponsorship options include one, three, and 12 months of sponsorship. As a webinar sponsor, your name and logo will appear on email marketing, the webinar calendar page, and on the title slide of the presentation.
Webinar Presenter Sponsorship - $2,000 Schedule a webinar to talk with participants about your services, best practices, industry standards, or your own research efforts. The webinar must be co-presented with an ADRP member in a "case study" format. Your webinar will be an additional offering to the ADRP webinar series, and will not replace one of our 12 pre-scheduled webinars.
Research Sponsorship - $1,500 Provide support for ADRP research into best practices for donor relations and stewardship professionals.
Regional Events* - Varies Stand-alone exhibit and sponsor opportunities are available. Regional events are scheduled periodically during the year when local volunteers get together and select the dates and venues. Historically, the largest of these events are in New York City in March (200 attendees) and the Midwest/Chicago in June or July (100 attendees). Please check the the website or contact [email protected] for more information.
*If you sign up for the Conference Platinum Sponsor package, you will automatically receive the opportunity to exhibit at two regional events of your choosing.
ADRP Annual Conference - Varies Annual Conference sponsorship options are similar to previous years, but now you have the option to add bonus items to your sponsorship package!
