We are currently transitioning to a new member database to improve your experience. During this interim period, some functions remain on our previous registration system:

• Previous Registration System: Required for event registrations, webinars, and the annual conference.
• New System: Required for member renewals and accessing the Member Center and My ADRP Community.

We are working to consolidate these systems. Once the transition is complete, a single sign-on will be available for all services. We will notify you as soon as all features are migrated to the new site.

• Confirm you're using the email address associated with your ADRP membership when creating your password or logging in.
• An invitation email was sent to the address associated with your ADRP profile to help you get started. If you haven't seen it land in your inbox yet, please check your spam folder.
• If you're still unable to log in, please contact the ADRP Office.

Most profile information can be updated in the Member Center. See "Where can I update my profile?" below for instructions.

• ADRP Member Profile
  • To update your profile, log in to the Member Center and select “My Info” from the side menu. Any field with a pencil icon can be edited, and additional information can be added by selecting the plus (+) icon.
• My ADRP Community Profile
  • You are encouraged to log in to the new My ADRP Community to update your community profile. Similar to social media profiles, you can add an avatar photo and banner image, a bio, professional experience, education, skills, and interests.

• To unsubscribe or alter your communications from ADRP emails, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any ADRP email.
• To change My ADRP Community notifications, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner of your profile and select settings.

If your membership type, expiration date, organization, or other profile information appears incorrect, please contact the ADRP Office so we can review your account and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your organization’s group membership assignment is incorrect, please contact the ADRP Office. We'll review your organization's membership roster and make any necessary updates.

• The ability for Group Membership Key Contacts to view their organization's member roster is currently unavailable while we complete the transition to the new ADRP website.
• We are actively working to add this functionality as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you need to view your organization's member roster or make changes to your Group Membership, please contact the ADRP Office.

• ADRP offers three Group Membership levels—Small, Medium, and Large. Each level has two tiers to provide flexibility as your organization grows.
  • Tier A is the standard Group Membership.
    • Small, Tier A: 2–5 members
    • Medium, Tier A: 7–10 members
    • Large, Tier A: 12–20 members
  • Tier B provides additional membership slots for organizations that need just a little more capacity.
    • Small, Tier B: 6 members
    • Medium, Tier B: 11 members
    • Large, Tier B: 30 members
• The Tier A and Tier B structure allows ADRP to offer the same group membership options that were available previously while using our new website.
