Limited Attendance Session - 50 person max

This session will help people identify their top five strengths and ways to use them to maximize their career and personal success. Participants will learn how working from their points of strengths will increase their overall well-being.

All attendees are required to perform the strengthfinder 2.0 test prior to the conference and bring their results with them.

 

Jenn Robinson

Jenn Robinson joined the Advancement team at George Mason University in July 2010 as Campaign Programs Assistant. Since then, she has served as Assistant Director of Donor Relations, Associate Director of Special Events, and currently serves as Director of Advancement Programs where she oversees donor stewardship and cultivation events as well as volunteer leadership engagement, cultivation, stewardship and programming.

Previously, she was Community Relations Coordinator for her state senator where she was responsible for fundraising and stewardship events, as well as outreach to and stewardship of donors and volunteers. She has also worked in the fields of telecommunications law and credit card banking. Jenn is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, and holds a BA in psychology and Spanish from the University of Delaware, as well as a paralegal certificate from Georgetown University. She has presented for Case District III and ADRP.
