Where to StayThe instructions below are the only official way to reserve hotel rooms included in the ADRP block. Please beware of companies claiming to be the official housing agency for the 13th Annual ADRP International Conference. ADRP does not use a housing bureau, and any company making this claim is not authorized to act on our behalf.
Room Block Update: ADRP has contracted with the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh to provide additional sleeping rooms for conference attendees. Please call the hotel at 412-281-5557 and reference that you are with ADRP to make your reservation in our block. The room rate is $145 plus tax for conference attendees. There are no online reservations for the ADRP room block. The cut-off date for making a room reservation at the discounted rate is Friday, September 2, 2016. Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 12pm. We appreciate your patience while we contracted more rooms and look forward to seeing you in Pittsburgh! The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh is only 0.4 miles from the Wyndham. However, there is a complimentary 11 passenger shuttle available at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh. The shuttle runs based on demand. To reserve a seat, sign up at the front desk of the Hilton Garden Inn. To request a pick up at the Wyndham back to the Hilton, call the front desk and they will inform you of it's availability. The cut-off date for making a room reservation at the discounted rate is Saturday, September 3, 2016. Please note that reservations will be taken on a space-available basis at the prevailing hotel rates until the cut-off date. After that date, it is at the Hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations at the group rate. Hotel check in time: 4:00 pm; Check out time: 11:00 am.
