Stay in donor relations long enough and you will likely wind up managing people, or projects, or deadlines - or all three! Leadership is a life-long learning process, but what happens when you are elevated to a management role without management experience? Join three leaders from different sectors as they share their experiences and teach you everything they wish they had known when they started managing people, projects, and deadlines.
