There are basic tenents of donor relations (acknowledgement, stewardship and impact reporting, recognition, and engagement) that cross all industries.  But there are also aspects of engaging with donors that vary from field to field.  This session will focus on the unique stewardship opportunities within healthcare:  how best to connect donors with healthcare providers, ways to demonstrate philanthropic impact at a hospital, and how to cultivate the grateful patient.

Jacqueline Lindley
Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation

Jacqueline Lindley is Director of the Family Giving Program at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation.  She started at the Foundation in 2010, working on the special events team before transitioning to her current role in 2015.  In her time with Children's Colorado Foundation, Jacqueline has worked with many patient families and several physicians, caregivers, and administrative staff on the hospital side.  Her ability to form and maintain relationships within the hospital environment contributed to her current position where one of her tasks is to serve as a liaison between the hospital and foundation.  Jacqueline currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
