This session will share Mayo Clinic's best practices in planned giving stewardship. We will describe the unique functions of the stewardship team and the planned giving team, and how in recent years these two groups have more closely integrated to focus on strategically advancing Mayo Clinic's planned giving goals as outlined in our comprehensive campaign. We are excited to share how we have extended and leveraged this partnership to document an additional $3 million in estate commitments from our current planned giving membership in 2015. Highlights will include acknowledgement, recognition, proactive stewardship, membership processes, leadership engagement, and integration of campaign strategies.
