Once you understand the four pillars of donor relations, how do you go about putting them into practice? In 2015, Creighton University embarked on a journey to reorganize and create positions modeled after the four pillars of donor relations. Come learn about the process, the job descriptions, and daily life in a shop that is breathing the four pillars on a regular basis. While we have a staff of four, this model could be tailored to smaller and larger shops alike.
