About the Webinar
In this session, you will learn about creating a culture of gratitude among your students. Educating them on the importance of giving back and the power of gratitude. We will discuss some innovative events geared toward different stewardship purposes and how our partnership with a student group on campus drives us forward.

About the Presenters
Katie Layton, Assistant Director of Donor Relations, University of Tennessee – Knoxville
Katie serves as Assistant Director of Donor Relations at the University of Tennessee and is pursuing her graduate degree in Management & Human Resources. She has 8 years of experience in the field—5 in higher ed. Katie, a native of Atlanta, enjoys reading, traveling, & time with rescue dog, Poppy.

Gina Martin, Director for the Center of Student Alumni Programs, University of Tennessee – Knoxville
Gina is the Director of the Center for Student Alumni Programs at the University of Tennessee and is a two-time graduate of UT. She has 14 years of experience in higher education, with time spent in Undergraduate Admissions and University Advancement. Gina is an avid sports fan (Go Vols, Titans, and Celtics), loves traveling, and enjoys some good binge-worthy TV.
