Description:
We have all come across ineffective leaders during our careers but often don't take the time to look at ourselves and our own leadership traits. This fun, interactive session will be an opportunity to engage in a safe and open dialogue and explore different views. Smaller groups will be formed within the session in order to stimulate discussion. While the session will include the identification of leadership values that motivate each of us, the session will also introduce exercises that explore the effects of undesirable leadership traits. Participants will spend time identifying these characteristics and share their personal experiences and challenges.
