Need to improve your endowment reports? Not sure the right people are receiving them? Need to reach out to past award recipients? Collaborate with your Advancement Services colleagues to enhance and enrich your donor touches. Discussion will include examples of projects and challenges that can be addressed with successful partnerships and shared goals. Leave with solid examples and strategies to grow your internal teams and strengthen your relationships with donors.

Speaker Bio: DeWayna Hogue Pittman
DeWayna Hogue Pittman, donor relations manager at Mercersburg Academy, has more than 10 years experience in building satisfying donor relationships. She holds a master's degree in organizational development and leadership and is an alumnae of Leadership Franklin County. She enjoys new challenges and old friends.












Speaker Bio: Nicole Duffey
Nicole Duffey, advancement services director at Mercersburg Academy, evaluates, analyzes, and optimizes methods of fundraising and communications. Previously a project manager, she holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Shippensburg University. Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
