2023 ADRP Webinar Series

Following our 2022 ADRP webinar on effectively collaborating with Annual Giving, our two teams have formally integrated to become Wayne State’s first Donor Experience team. We received several inquiries and an incredibly amount of positive feedback after last year’s webinar and would love to share an update on how we’ve been able to integrate and grow as a direct result of those collaborations. 

Solicitation and stewardship go hand in hand, and after years of a strong collaborative relationship between donor relations and annual giving, Wayne State University has formally integrated these two teams into a single Donor Experience team. Join us for this webinar to learn about the benefits of integrating annual giving and donor relations to create a seamless and cohesive experience for your donors. We’ll share the rationale that went into structuring our newly integrated team and how we redesigned our work plan and metrics around this new structure.
