About the Presenters

Cristy Racy, Senior Director of Donor Engagement and Events, Oklahoma State University Foundation
	Cristy Racy is the Senior Director of Donor Engagement & Events at the OSU Foundation. In her role, she provides strategic direction, leadership and execution of high-level donor recognition, engagement and events on behalf of the OSU Foundation and the University.

Rebekah Spaulding, Director of Stewardship and Donor Communications, Oklahoma State University Foundation

Rebekah Spaulding leads university-wide stewardship reporting strategies, acknowledgment standards, and impact communications, as well as spearheading gift acceptance, scholarship administration, and compliance efforts. Her focus is to maximize internal and external partnerships to develop and implement meaningful stewardship strategies that express gratitude and impact to donors at every level. Her experience ranges from executing acknowledgments, managing the annual endowment report process, developing stewardship strategies, and implementing fund optimization and compliance policies. Rebekah has been with the OSU Foundation for seven years, where she began her career as an investment analyst before joining the donor relations team in 2017.

Annie Dobson, Associate Director of Donor Engagement, Oklahoma State University Foundation

Annie Dobson collaborates across the Foundation in the strategic planning, execution and oversight of stewardship and engagement activities for Oklahoma State University’s most loyal and generous donors. Annie has spent the past 20 years working in non-profit and higher education settings where she gained a wealth of knowledge in areas such as grant and scholarship administration, development, and stewardship. Annie draws on her unique experience in fundraising and fund disbursement to bring a fresh perspective to stewarding and engaging donors at Oklahoma State.
