 With over 25 years of experience in philanthropy, Susan Lewers has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and securing transformative gifts. As Associate Vice President for Major Gifts and Gift Planning at Illinois Institute of Technology, she leads efforts across major gifts, planned giving, and corporate engagement, playing a central role in the university’s $1B comprehensive campaign. Susan is also a driving force behind innovation in advancement, having partnered with Givzey to launch Illinois Tech's first virtual engagement officer, Scarlet, which connects with donors through autonomous fundraising technology.

Tiffany Goetzinger
Associate Director of Internal Communications

Tiffany Goetzinger is a mission-driven communicator, staff advocate, and strategic partner with 15 years of experience leading communications and advocacy campaigns. As associate director of internal communications at NORC, she leads efforts to keep staff informed, engaged, and connected to the organization’s mission, partnering closely with departments and leadership. She oversees internal campaigns across multiple channels—including SharePoint, email, digital signage, and events—and is known for elevating internal communications to the level of NORC’s external-facing work. Prior to NORC, Tiffany held leadership roles in communications, development, and program management at nonprofits and academic institutions, and previously worked as a DC-based social worker and policy advocate focused on labor rights and human trafficking.

General Manager and Chief Membership and Participant Experience Officer

Nora Zei leads a team focused on defining the strategic growth of the participant experience across multiple products, services, and touchpoints by deepening an understanding of the overall participant journey. She earned an MBA in strategic management from Chicago Booth and is a member and current president of the Rotary Club of Chicago Cosmopolitan. Nora has been watching the development of AI carefully from the perspective of how it will transform the work we do, and has led an AI learning community among Rotary International staff.
